Courier delivery eta?
Once we have completed your order (approximately 1-2 working days) we will hand it over to our couriers, at which point you will receive a shipping email notification; the below are estimates for courier delivery to you:

STANDARD COURIER (R45):
Cape Town area (within 45km of CBD): 1-2 working days
Regional areas (outside 45km of CBD): 2-3 working days
Outlying areas (Townships and other outlying areas):  3-4 working days

Can I change my shipping method?

Yes. Provided that we have not yet shipped your order, please call or email to inform us of your desired changed, and we'll do our best to work it out!

Order tracking?
Type in your order number (Eg: N12456) into our tracking page to see the progress of your order. Ensure there are no spaces when inserting your full order number into the text field and please note that a tracking result will only be available a day after you receive shipping confirmation from us.

Courier Charges?

We charge a flat fee of R45.00 for Courier delivery for all destinations across South Africa, no matter how big your order.

Who are your couriers?

Dawn Wing operates between Monday - Friday, 9h00 & 17h00 and you can contact them on 0861 223 224 while noting your order number (eg N123456) as a reference. To always keep you updated, you will also receive an SMS update on the day of delivery.

What media are my prints printed on?

We utilise Epson products throughout our studio, and your prints will be printed on 250gsm Premium Lustre photopaper, which is archival and built to last. We've tested many different types of media, and we've had the best results with this photopaper over the last 3 years of printing. Trust us, its awesome!

Does a Poster come with a frame?

No. You first add a Poster Frame to your cart, then you create and add a Poster Print to your cart (or in reverse). We then put these two items together and send them off to the recipient, framed and ready.

A3+ Poster Frame (R325) & A3+ Poster Print (R135) = R460.00 total for both items.

Can I print photos from an Instagram account that isn't mine?

You can print from any Instagram account that you have the login details for; when you choose to print from an Instagram account you'll be prompted to fill in the login details for that account.

Can I print my hash-tagged Instagrams?
Yes. You can only however search hash-tagged images from the Instagram account you are currently signed in to.

Can I print from multiple Instagram accounts in one order?
You can print from as many Instagram accounts as you like, as long as you have their respective login details. Images you have selected within one account will carry over to the next signed in account. Previously selected images will be stacked above the new Instagram account you have just signed into.

*Please note this feature is not available for Posters (if you have partially completed a Poster from one account and then sign out, all those images will be lost!)

Payment options?

We offer EFT, Credit Card or SnapScan.

CARD:

We offer secure authenticated and encrypted credit and cheque card processing, from MasterCard and Visa card holders, within South Africa only. Please note that we do not accept Debit Cards, Diners Club Cards & American Express Cards.

EFT:

If you select EFT payment, a digital invoice will be sent to you along with our banking details for you to make an electronic transfer. Please note that you will need to send us your digital proof of payment for us to process your order. 

SNAPSCAN:

Scan the snap-code on our checkout page using your Snapscan app. A snap-code will also be mailed to you within your order confirmation email.

Can I upload photos to print?

Yes. By selecting the "Upload" option upon choosing your print-format, you will be able to upload directly from your device (desktop, laptop, mobile).

General order turnaround time?
As a general rule of thumb, it takes a maximum of 4-working days for your order to arrive in the recipient's hands. Those 4 days are broken down into "production time" (1-2 working days)  plus "courier time" (see below):

Adding items to your cart & creating prints

Can I gift separate batches of prints within one order?

Yes. Every batch of prints in your cart will be packaged into its own print box, and can thus be individually titled (Eg: "To Jess" / "To Mike). Simply add a delivery note or mail us to detail who the batches of prints in your order are entitled to. Please note that we won't be able to write multiple gift notes for logistical reasons.

Can I gift my order?

Yes. Simply select the "Gift Yes" option on our checkout page after which you will be allowed to enter a special gift message which we will hand write to the lucky recipient.
