How do I place an order? 

  1. Select which format you'd like to print (“Poster Collage” or “Small prints” - you will find this in the menu at the top of the website).
  2. Choose your source of photos (Upload directly from your device).
  3. Choose the photos you want to have printed.
  4. Review your photos & preview how all your photos will look like in the format you've chosen. If you are ordering a poster collage, please make sure to drag each photo onto the poster to its desired place. For any format please click onto each photo and make sure to align and crop them correctly - this is your responsibility.
  5. Checkout & select the address where you want them delivered to.

Can I upload photos to print?

Yes. By selecting the "Upload" option upon choosing your print format, you will be able to upload directly from your device (desktop, laptop, mobile).

General order turnaround?

As a general rule of thumb, it takes a maximum of 5-9 working days for your order to arrive in the recipient's hands. Those 5-9 working days are broken down into "production time" (2-5 working days) plus "courier time" (see below).

STANDARD COURIER:

  • Cape Town area (within 45km of CBD): 2-4 working days
  • Regional areas (outside 45km of CBD): 2-5 working days
  • Outlying areas (Townships and other outlying areas): 4-7 working days

Naturally, we always try our very best to get your precious memories to you sooner so there is more time to reminisce. 

I am experiencing issues with your website?

When it comes to problems associated with adding items to your cart and/or completing/uploading or editing your small prints or Posters, we have put together a few quick steps you can try before we assist you further. 

  1. Please make sure your internet browser is up to date while not using Private or Incognito mode. 
  2. Hold down the 'shift' key while clicking the refresh/reload button on your internet browser to refresh the site. Do this twice.
  3. Once the above steps have been completed. Please open a new window and try the process you were originally struggling with again. It should work. 

If not please try the following 2 steps

  1. Use a different internet browser or device (mobile, tablet or laptop)
  2. Clear your browser cookies

If you’re still struggling after all of these steps, please let us know as it might be a bug on our side and we will try our very best to sort it out as soon as possible (hello@nifty250.co.za)

Returns?

Prints: We cannot offer returns on prints as they are all custom 'made to order' products.

Frames: If you ordered an incorrect frame size or colour it must be sent back for a replacement or refund. Please note there will be an extra shipping fee for the collection of the incorrect item ordered and when resending the correct item.

Payment options? 

We accept EFT, Credit Card and Cheque Cards.

CARD:

We offer secure authenticated and encrypted credit and cheque card processing, from MasterCard and Visa card holders, within South Africa only. Please note that we do not accept Debit Cards, Diners Club Cards & American Express Cards. Secure card processing is done via PayFast.

EFT:

If you select EFT payment, a digital invoice will be sent to you along with our banking details for you to make an electronic transfer. Please note that you will need to send us your digital proof of payment for us to process your order and reconcile your payment. Please use your unique order number as reference.

No, Unfortunately Nifty250 and Nifty Posters are run as two different businesses.

Does my poster order come with a frame?

Unfortunately not. After ordering your poster, please make sure to visit our product page and order your frame of choice that will accompany your print. We will then frame your poster print in your selected poster frame.

Why does my order status show as Awaiting EFT?

If you paid with wire payment (eft) please make sure to send your proof of payment for us to manually update your status to payment done. Please use your unique order number as your payment reference. (example: N-6141)

What does my order status mean? 

Payment Done - we have successfully received your order and payment and it will be processed soon.

Awaiting EFT- we haven’t received your payment yet.

Processing - your order is in process.

Workticket - your order has been sent to the printers.

Waybill Done - your order has been handed over to the courier.
